Getting started

Install the WordPress plugin, connect email & social pages, then invite your team to the central dashboard.

1) Create your tenant

Sign in at app.bizchats.app and create your organization. Choose a plan (free to start). Add your brand(s) and connect your first website.

2) Install the WordPress plugin

WordPress Admin → Plugins → Add New → Search “BizChats” → Install → Activate. Paste your Tenant Key and Site Key from the dashboard. Choose colors or enable Auto‑Match.

3) Connect channels

  • Gmail/Outlook via OAuth; custom SMTP/IMAP
  • Facebook Pages & Instagram via Meta OAuth
  • Optional: SES/Postmark for campaign sending

4) Invite your team

Add users, assign roles, create Slack-like channels. Use Huddles for quick audio syncs.

5) Train your AI

Upload PDFs/Docs/CSVs and add URLs/sitemaps. We parse, chunk, and embed a private knowledge base per brand.

6) Launch your first campaign

Build a newsletter or drip sequence with the drag-drop editor. Track opens, clicks and replies in the inbox.
